TUCOSWA is the most representative workers’ organisation in ESwatini representing workers in almost all the key economic sectors of the country.

The organisation since its establishment in March 2012 has been striving to be relevant in promoting and defending fundamental principles and rights
of workers within a context of high levels of poverty, high incidence of HIV/AIDs, low economic growth, high unemployment and poor social dialogue engagement within a political context that does not give effect to human and trade union rights instruments the country is signatory to.

This has resulted
in the Committee of Experts on the Application of Standards and Recommendations (CEARC) making numerous recommendations accompanied by several ILO high level missions to the country.
